We are GO for Launch on Saturday and Sunday, July 10th and 11th, from the North Site. It is almost summer time on the prairie. The extended weather forecast calls for partly cloudy skies, warm temperatures and the chance of afternoon thundershowers. Saturday will be for commercial motors only, with the range and waiver (20,000' AGL) expected to be opened by 8 AM until 5 PM. Sunday will be a Tripoli Research Launch day, with the waiver again open at 8 AM until 5 PM, depending on the weather and interest. Our waiver will be a constant 20,000’ AGL, with “windows of opportunity” for higher altitudes shots to be arranged. As always, volunteers are needed to help with range set up, operation and clean up.
