At the request of the United States Forest Service and the Pawnee District Ranger, NCR’s launch activities planned for Saturday, December 5th, at the Atlas Site in the Pawnee National Grassland have been cancelled.     The decision to suspend launch activities for December was made, in part, because the fire risk/fuel conditions in the Grassland are essentially the same as last month.   Risk assessment and the investigation/follow-up from the November 7th incident has yet to be completed by law enforcement officers of the USFS.   Our cooperation is greatly appreciated. 

Weather dependant, participate with members of CRASH for non-waivered flights on Sunday, December 6th and Saturday December 19th or fly with the members of SCORE at the Hudson Ranch on Saturday, the 19th for the opportunity to launch low and high powered rockets.
